All Sales Are Final

Because our products are intended for laboratory research use, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item received
Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate, which may include a replacement item or partial/full store credit.

Monetary refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Korvion Bio is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, carrier delivery errors, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a trace or claim.
 

No Returns on Research-Use Materials

For regulatory, safety, and quality-control reasons, Korvion Bio cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products, research chemicals, peptides, temperature-sensitive items, or any product shipped outside standard conditions.

This policy helps protect product integrity and quality for all customers.
