Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment directly through the carrier's website until it reaches its destination.
 

Shipping Delays

While Korvion Bio strives to ship every order promptly, delivery times are ultimately dependent on the shipping carrier. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or periods of high shipping volume. Korvion Bio is not responsible for delays that occur once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a timely resolution.
 

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Korvion Bio is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
 

Canada Shipping only

Korvion Bio is proudly based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Customers located in the Greater Vancouver Area may be eligible for local delivery. If you're nearby, we'll work with you to arrange a convenient delivery option whenever possible.

For customers across the rest of Canada, orders are securely packaged and shipped using trusted national carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress from our facility to your door.
